Terms of service

Peptide IA is operated by Alex Kem, a registered small business under § 19 UStG, based in Bad Salzuflen, Germany (“Peptide IA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, creating an account, subscribing to, or using Peptide IA — including any related websites, services, content, features, or tools — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App and must delete your account.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, are not prohibited from using the App under applicable law, and will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is required by law.

Peptide IA is an informational, educational, tracking, and organizational tool only.

Nothing in the App — and no feature, output, content, calculation, estimate, reminder, alert, notification, report, library entry, or dashboard — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, dosing instruction, prescription guidance, clinical guidance, or professional healthcare advice of any kind.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Peptide IA does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition;
• Peptide IA does not recommend substances, dosages, schedules, protocols, injection techniques, or treatment plans;
• Peptide IA does not sell, distribute, prescribe, compound, recommend, or promote the purchase of any peptides, medications, supplements, or related substances;
• Peptide IA does not verify the safety, legality, authenticity, purity, identity, dosage, labeling, storage, or source of any substance you log, track, or reference;
• You are solely responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decision;
• Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

All features — including dose logging, the reconstitution calculator, smart reminders, cycle planner, stack manager, vial inventory, peptide library, progress journal, sleep journal, recovery metrics, bloodwork log, exports and reports — are for informational and personal record-keeping purposes only.

No professional relationship

Use of the App does not create any physician-patient, healthcare provider-patient, pharmacist-patient, dietitian-client, trainer-client, advisor-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and Peptide IA.

Emergencies

Peptide IA is not designed for medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 112 (EU) or your local emergency services immediately.

Peptide IA is intended for personal, non-commercial use by adults 18 years of age or older.

You are solely responsible for any substances you choose to research, use, possess, administer, purchase, import, store, or track; the accuracy of all data you enter; how you interpret or act on any information displayed in the App; compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction; the condition, storage, handling, legality, and use of any substances you log; maintaining safe access to your device and account; and consulting a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decision.

Jurisdiction and legality

Laws governing peptides, medications, research compounds, supplements, controlled substances, and prescription products vary significantly by country, state, and locality. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws regarding any substance you research, possess, import, purchase, track, administer, or use.

Peptide IA makes no representation that any substance discussed, referenced, displayed, trackable, or described in the App is legal, safe, available, approved, or appropriate in your jurisdiction. References anywhere in the App are for informational and organizational purposes only and do not constitute endorsement, promotion, recommendation, medical advice, or a representation of legality.

Assumption of risk

You acknowledge that researching, tracking, possessing, administering, or using peptides, medications, research compounds, supplements, or related substances may involve known and unknown risks, including side effects, adverse reactions, allergic reactions, incorrect dosage or administration, contamination, mislabeling, counterfeit products, improper storage, drug interactions, contraindications, infection or injury, and serious injury or death. You assume full responsibility for all decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from or related to any information obtained through the App.

Some features require an active internet connection, device permissions, app store access, or a compatible device. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining everything needed to use the App.

Reminders, alerts, and notifications are convenience features only. They may be delayed, missed, duplicated, inaccurate, or fail to deliver due to device settings, operating system behaviour, app permissions, internet connection, notification settings, Focus Mode or Do Not Disturb, battery level, or factors outside our control. You should not rely on Peptide IA reminders for medical, dosing, treatment, emergency, or safety-critical decisions.

Peptide IA is not responsible for any consequence of a missed, delayed, inaccurate, duplicated, or failed reminder, notification, log, export, or alert.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
• Use the App to facilitate the illegal purchase, sale, distribution, importation, administration, or promotion of any substance;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent data, or content you do not have the right to submit;
• Submit photos or data of another person without that person's explicit consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, modify, or extract the source code or data of the App, except where local law expressly permits;
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, crawlers, or scrapers;
• Attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, or network;
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or third-party services;
• Circumvent paywalls, subscription systems, or security controls;
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code;
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, third-party right, or app store rule.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, all activity under your account, notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use, and keeping your device and operating system secure.

Modifying your device (jailbreaking, rooting, sideloading) may compromise the App. We disclaim responsibility for any issue resulting from unauthorized device modifications.

Peptide IA integrates with or relies on:

• Apple App Store — iOS subscription billing;
• Google Play Store — Android subscription billing;
• Stripe — website payments where offered;
• Vercel — website hosting;
• Sentry — anonymised crash diagnostics;
• FormSubmit.co — contact-form delivery.

Each third-party service is governed by its own terms. Peptide IA is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, downtime, outages, pricing, billing decisions, or data handling of any third-party service. Your use of features that depend on third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

These disclaimers apply in addition to the general “Not Medical Advice” section.

Vial inventory

Entries reflect only what you enter. The App does not verify the contents, source, identity, legality, prescription status, purity, strength, expiration, storage, safety, authenticity, or labelling of any substance. Vial photos are visual references only.

Reconstitution calculator

The calculator returns math based on the values you enter. Results are mathematical outputs only and do not constitute medical advice, dosing instructions, or treatment recommendations. The App does not verify the accuracy of your inputs. You are solely responsible for any decision made based on calculator outputs and for verifying calculations independently.

Cycle planner & stack manager

Organizational aids only. They do not provide medical guidance on cycle length, wash-out duration, peptide combinations, or sequencing, and do not detect interactions or adverse effects.

Injection site tracking

The body map and rotation indicators are visual tools only. They do not provide medical guidance on injection technique, site selection, depth, or sterility, and do not detect or prevent infection or injury.

Side effects, journal, sleep, body metrics

Symptom and journal logs are user-entered records only. The App does not interpret, diagnose, evaluate, warn, or alert you to medical conditions. The absence of a logged symptom does not indicate the absence of a condition.

Peptide library

Entries are general informational references. They may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or based on publicly available sources that change over time. They do not constitute medical advice, treatment recommendations, dosing guidance, or product endorsements.

Bloodwork log

Entries and trend visualisations are personal record-keeping only. The App does not interpret lab values or replace a clinician's review.

Export and reports

PDF and CSV exports are generated from your inputs. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of exported data and for any decision made by you, your healthcare provider, or any other recipient based on a report.

Peptide IA Pro is an auto-renewing subscription:

• Weekly: €7.99 per week, billed every 7 days, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers;
• Yearly: €79.99 per year, billed every 12 months (no free trial).

Prices are shown in EUR. Local currency and any applicable VAT are calculated at checkout by the platform you purchase on. The price and terms shown at checkout control your purchase.

3-day free trial (Weekly plan)

New subscribers to the Weekly plan are eligible for a 3-day free trial. The trial begins when you start the subscription and gives full access to every feature at no charge for 3 days. It automatically converts to a paid Weekly subscription (€7.99 per week, renewing every 7 days) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The trial may only be used once per user / Apple ID / Google account / Stripe customer per device family, and is not available on the Yearly plan. Eligibility and exact trial mechanics are controlled by Apple, Google, or Stripe depending on where you subscribe — the terms shown at checkout control the trial.

Auto-renewal & cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time:

• iOS: Apple Account Settings → Subscriptions;
• Android: Google Play account settings → Subscriptions;
• Web (Stripe): via the billing portal link in your account or by emailing us.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription.

Right of withdrawal (EU / EEA / UK consumers)

Under Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK regulations, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a digital subscription. By starting to use the subscription within the 14-day window, you expressly agree to begin performance and acknowledge that this right of withdrawal may be lost once the service has been fully provided.

Refunds

Refunds are administered by the platform you purchased on — Apple, Google, or Stripe — under their respective policies. We will assist if a refund is mistakenly denied.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices, included features, or trial availability. Where required by law, we will notify you at least 30 days before a change applies to your renewal.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the App (progress photos, vial photos, tracking data, journal entries, notes, reports — “User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant Peptide IA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, process, display, modify, create derivative works of, transmit, and otherwise use your User Content solely to operate, maintain, secure, improve, and provide the App and related services, as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to submit your User Content; that it does not violate any law or any third party's privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or contractual rights; and that you have consent from any person whose information, image, or data you submit.

We may remove, restrict, or disable access to User Content if we believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or App safety.

Peptide IA may modify, suspend, replace, limit, remove, or discontinue any feature, functionality, service, or component at any time. We may release updates, bug fixes, patches, or new versions. Some features may require the latest version of the App or operating system. We do not guarantee that the App will remain compatible with every device, OS version, app store requirement, or third-party service.

If we discontinue the App, the rights and licences granted to you under these Terms end. We are not responsible for loss of access, loss of data, or other consequences resulting from suspension, discontinuation, app store removal, platform restriction, third-party service issue, or force majeure event.

The App — including its design, code, software, interface, features, text, graphics, content, trademarks, logos, databases, workflows, and all related intellectual property — is owned by Peptide IA or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, scrape, extract, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the App unless expressly authorised by us in writing.

If you submit ideas, suggestions, feature requests, or other feedback regarding the App (“Feedback”), Peptide IA may use, copy, modify, develop, commercialise, and exploit such Feedback freely without obligation, attribution, approval, or compensation to you. You waive any rights you may have in Feedback to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If Peptide IA or substantially all of its assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, reorganization, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, your account, User Content, subscription information, and other information may transfer to the acquiring or successor entity. Any future use of personal data remains subject to applicable law, required notices, and any consent or opt-out required.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptide IA disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, available, accurate, complete, or reliable; that outputs, calculations, estimates, reminders, or reports will be accurate or suitable for you; that the App will meet your requirements; or that defects will be corrected.

We make no representations regarding the safety, legality, efficacy, purity, identity, authenticity, dosage, storage, labelling, source, or availability of any peptides, medications, compounds, supplements, or products discussed, referenced, logged, or tracked in the App.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties — those exclusions do not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Peptide IA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including damages for loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, personal injury, or emotional distress.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the greater of (A) the amount you paid to Peptide IA in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (B) one hundred euros (€100).

Mandatory liability preserved. Nothing in this section limits liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (iii) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under German law (including BGB §§ 309, 444), UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, Australian Consumer Law, or other mandatory consumer-protection statutes.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Peptide IA from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; your reliance on any App content, tracking data, estimate, calculator result, reminder, or report; any data you submit; any health-related decisions or outcomes resulting from your use of the App; any injury, illness, adverse reaction, overdose, underdose, infection, or death suffered by you or any third party in connection with substances you logged, researched, possessed, administered, imported, purchased, or used; or any dispute between you and a third party relating to your use of the App.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, please email akremagency@gmail.com and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.

Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-laws principles and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Detmold, Germany — except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you stronger rights to bring action in your local courts or under your local law, which we honour.

EU Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.

If you access or download the App through Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Peptide IA only, not Apple Inc.; Peptide IA, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content; the App is licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for use on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Media Services Terms; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; in the event of any warranty failure, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any, and Apple has no further warranty obligation; Peptide IA, not Apple, is responsible for any product liability, regulatory compliance, or consumer-protection claims relating to the App; in the event of any third-party intellectual-property claim relating to the App, Peptide IA is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.

If you access or download the App through Google Play, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Peptide IA only, not Google; Google is not responsible for the App or its content; your use is also subject to Google Play's terms, policies, and billing rules; Google Play handles Android subscription billing, cancellation, and refunds according to its own policies; Peptide IA is not responsible for Google Play billing decisions, payment-processing errors, refund decisions, store restrictions, or account issues.

The App is offered primarily to users in the European Union. Where the App is available in other countries, the following applies:

• United States: if you reside in California, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA described in our Privacy Policy. If you reside in Washington or Nevada, applicable consumer-health-data laws apply as described there. Class-action waivers are honoured where enforceable.
• United Kingdom: the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies; your mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
• Australia: our services come with non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
• Brazil: the 7-day right of regret (“direito de arrependimento”) under the Consumer Defence Code applies to remote purchases.
• Other jurisdictions: local consumer-protection law that cannot be waived is preserved.

You may not download, access, or use the App if you are located in a country or region subject to EU or UK embargo, are listed on any EU or UK list of prohibited or sanctioned parties, or your use would violate applicable export-control or sanctions laws.

Peptide IA is not liable for any failure, delay, interruption, or loss resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, fire, floods, power or internet failures, cloud provider failures, app store restrictions, or platform outages.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms or applicable law, your use creates risk for us or other users, your account is involved in fraud or abuse, we are required to do so by law or third-party service provider, or continuing to provide the App is no longer feasible.

Upon termination your right to use the App ends immediately; we may delete, restrict, or retain data according to our Privacy Policy and legal obligations; any active subscription must be cancelled through Apple, Google, or Stripe. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive — IP, user content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, business transfers, governing law, and payment obligations.

Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or change of control.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Imprint, and any additional terms presented in the App, constitute the entire agreement between you and Peptide IA.
