Account & data deletion
Delete your Peptid AI account
You have two ways to permanently remove your account and the data associated with it. Choose whichever is easier. This action is irreversible.
Option 1
From inside the Peptid AI app (fastest)
- Open the Peptid AI app on your device.
- Go to Settings and tap your profile (your name at the top).
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion completes within seconds.
Option 2
By email
Send a deletion request from the email address registered with your account to:
akremagency@gmail.comSubject line: Peptid AI account deletion. Include the email on your account.
Deletion completes within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Account record and login credentials
- Protocol history and dose logs
- Cycle plans, schedules and reminders
- Journal entries, notes and metrics
- Subscription and entitlement records
What is retained, and for how long
- Anonymised crash diagnostics — up to 90 days (Sentry)
- Purchase records held by payment processors (Apple, Google) per statutory requirements (~10 years in EU)
- Anti-abuse / rate-limit logs — 30 days maximum
