A four-ester testosterone blend with a tricky release curve. Why the mixed esters complicate tracking and what to monitor.
At a glance
Sustanon 250 is a blend of four testosterone esters - short, medium, and long - designed so the short esters act quickly while the long esters sustain levels. In practice the mixed-ester design produces an uneven release curve, and the long ester (decanoate) means infrequent dosing causes peaks and troughs.
This is an educational tracking guide. It is the same hormone as any other testosterone product, prescription-only, and controlled in many places. Track it under medical care.
Same risks as any testosterone product: HPTA suppression, raised haematocrit and blood pressure, prostate, lipid, fertility, mood, and acne effects. Prescription-only; monitor with bloodwork under a physician. Not for casual performance use.
Peptide IA is an educational and self-tracking tool. Nothing in this post is medical advice. Doses mentioned reflect what is commonly reported in research literature — they are not recommendations. Always consult a qualified physician before starting, changing, or stopping any protocol.
