NPP is nandrolone on a faster ester. Same compound, same risks, more frequent injections. What to track.
At a glance
Nandrolone phenylpropionate (NPP) is the short-ester version of nandrolone. The active hormone is identical to nandrolone decanoate; only the ester differs. The phenylpropionate ester releases and clears faster, so it requires more frequent injections and produces less of the long "tail" that makes the decanoate version slow to leave the system.
This is an educational tracking guide for an AAS. It is prescription-only and controlled in many places, carries the same strong suppression as decanoate, and should be tracked under medical care.
Identical risk profile to nandrolone decanoate - strong suppression, fertility impact, adverse lipids, possible prolactin elevation, cardiovascular risk - on a shorter ester. Prescription-only; monitor under a physician.
